Health Insurance

Please contact the clinic to confirm whether your health insurance provider is accepted and whether any prior authorisation is required.

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. However, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

We reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the scheduled appointment fee for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or for missed appointments.
